All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.

The item is not marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective product

The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos/videos of the product

Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
